1. A Personal PROFILE SHEET is an information source for the bride and groom, their families, friends and service providers. It is a personal description of the both the bride and the groom. It contains information about their families, education, careers, residence, etc. If you have access to a scanner, try including a photo or two.
    The profile will also include information about when, where and how the couple first met, their dating days, sentimental moments that they would like to share with others.
    It will also contain the wedding date and time, other wedding details (colors, style, location) rehearsal information and other pertinate items that the wedding party and service providers will need to know.
    Many brides also include information about their bridal registry.

2. Creating a Personal PROFILE SHEET provides the bride with all the information that she and everyone else will need between now and the wedding day. As she begins the planning process, it seems that she is often answering the same questions over and over again. A Personal PROFILE SHEET will give the family, the wedding party and the service providers all the information and often times more information than they need to know, ultimately saving the bride hours of time.
When hiring a provider/vendor, asking a friend to serve in the wedding, or asking a favorite aunt to help out with hosting give them a copy of the profile sheet. This will provide them with reference information and the personal information about you and your groom will make them feel special. They will usually save and treasure it as a momento of your special day.

3. To begin the process of creating a Personal PROFILE SHEET, first print out the sample sheet on the next page so you will have something to follow. Go to Microsoft Word or some similar program that will allow you to create your own documents.
As you begin creating, you may think of additional items that you would like to include that are not on the sample sheet. By all means...include them.
