On the following page is a pre-designed Guest List Manager sheet. The sheet is sized to print out to an 8 1/2" X 11" sheet for your convenience.
You can record the Name, Address, R.S.V.P., Gift and Thank You information for each person you are inviting all on one sheet.
There are five entries per sheet. Print out as many as you need to list all your guests. If you would like to conserve paper, print the sheets out on front and back OR print out one and make copies on a copy machine.
Here is an example of how to fill out the entry areas:
